Watch Repairs

All watch repairs are carried out on an estimate basis only. 

There is a charge for this service.  Estimates cost £10.00 + VAT which includes return by special delivery post.  If you proceed with the estimate this charge is not applicable.

You can in most cases, avoid this charge by the following procedure:

Give us as much information about your watch by filling the repair data form (click here to download the form).  Email the form with any photographs to premier.rama@googlemail.com.  We can then inform you whether it is worth sending the watch or not.  If after sending the watch you find our estimate unacceptable or we are unable to carry out the repair, in both cases where a watch is sent back to customers unrepaired, the handling charge is payable prior to its return.

Please ensure that the watch is well protected to avoid damage during transit.  Recorded delivery or Special delivery post is recommended.  Please note some courier companies will not deliver to PO BOX number addresses.  Please use normal postal service.

Important - PLEASE DO NOT SEND GIFT BOXES.  THESE GET DAMAGED IN THE POST AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
